TERMS AND CONDITIONS: CANCELLATIONS by PARTICIPANTS for NAWG COURSES and EVENTS
1. Courses / Events / Retreats (i) Notice of cancellations received in writing or by email 30 days or more before the start of a course or event will normally receive a full refund.(ii) Where a request for cancellation is received 29 days or less prior to the start of the course or event no refunds will be given for any reason and full payment will be expected. These conditions reflect the amounts we are contracted to pay host sites in advance and we will be committed to hiring the facilities for you, whether they are used or not. You are strongly advised to consider personal holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing or by email. Subject to agreement by the committee we are usually happy for you to transfer your booking to someone else.
