TERMS AND CONDITIONS: CANCELLATIONS by PARTICIPANTS for NAWG COURSES and EVENTS
1. Courses / Events / Retreats (i) Notice of cancellations received in writing or by email 15 days or more before the start of a course or event will normally receive a full refund.(ii) Where a request for cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the start of the course or event no refunds will be given for any reason and full payment will be expected. These conditions reflect the amounts we are contracted to pay host sites in advance and we will be committed to hiring the facilities for you, whether they are used or not. You are strongly advised to consider personal holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
2. NAWGfest 2021 at Yarnfield
We strongly advise you to purchase personal holiday insurance.
The venue will charge NAWG for all cancellations and therefore we will be unable to offer more than a token refund for cancellations before 5 August 2021, and no refunds for cancellations after this date. However, should you need to cancel, notice of cancellation must be received in writing or by email. We are happy for you to transfer your booking to someone else.
